    WNI certainly doesn't expect to wrap things up anytime soon given we are still 5 weeks away from the deadline. They waived the 80% condition because they were ever closer of getting there from the warehoused shares.

    They must also know that the next 10% will be a whole different ball game and tough going now that the cat is out of the bag and that they are going for 90% as I long suspected. The dynamics have changed since the revelation of the 90% objective.

    I reckon WNI will toy with the shareholders for the next couple of weeks before going all out to get to 90% come April.
