just guessing, but AJ Lucas owns 20% of SGL, guessing AGL made an offer to them for their share of the company (given 20% would be a nice blocking stake on any bid) which they either accepted or are considering so now the formal offer for all the rest of SGL by AGL will come out tomorrow once AJ Lucas says yes to AGL.
