I think it will head back up, but not in the current cycle. All three major US indices seem to have hit the bottom of their downtrend channels now, we should see a bounce - my assumption is it will not be strong enough to make higher high, but good enough for a lower high, and continues the downtrend.

Closed half of NDX shorts, opened DJIA longs and looking to open more shorts when lower high is formed. Fingers crossed vix goes down as my assumption otherwise my realised profits from the shorts would have been wasted.
