A bubble with better yields than the dow by a huge margin, in an economy with historic low unemployment, average inflation for non-discretionary goods, a commodity driven economy in a commodity super-cycle, dropping levels of consumer debt, exiting the COVID crisis, and with a low and stable interest rate?
