The report was really good and as others have noted fills a void in market analysis.
One key take away I see is the gap they mention between YOJ and GSW pre raise. The gap is roughly 4.5 times which in SP works out to be 1.08 SP for YOJ if they were to be valued at the same price.
Not saying the value is where YOJ is, it is more that if positive contracts come about we could see a valuation in this range. If and only if we see sizable contracts in the next 6-12 months I would put YOJ at $1
