It's the market being stupid.
The COEOs are going down, because certain holders dont want to convert them.
The COEs are going down because the COEOs are going down, and because they are going down short-term traders want to sell them.
Medium-term traders are selling, as they dont see any drilling coming up.
Oil investors may also be selling them to buy something sexier, like GOG or INP.
It's a good company. If only they had a big deal to announce ...
