the established pattern is not hard. they advertise in foreign countries for nurses to work in Aus, line up the employers for an employment market for foreign working visa nurses..... boost with extra focus on universities in the last semester for new grads-to-be to look at options, deals and offers..... of course it takes a couple of years to make the sector attractive too... they have to get the employers thinking about care for the residents as the first priority to start with.

actually aged care has a lot going for new grads and experienced RNs.... theres no showering of toileting these days. all done by the nursing assistants.
