    The RNs in aged care homes is MANDATED BY LAW. Aged care homes will have to comply or seek the 12 month exemption available to small facilities. No excuse,,,,,,,,,,,,,these homes will have to have employment offers that are too good to refuse. Just as resource companies do in dirty, dusty, hot mining operations.
