    Well, mgmt is certainly taking this down to the wire if they need shareholder approval for a deal. Anything requiring shareholder approval needs to in the mail by June 15. The top 10 possibility's:

    1. De Grey/Chinese extends the option for another year for $1 million in cash. De Grey does a CR issuing 100 million shares at 8 cents for net of $7.5 million. Gives De Grey enough funds to continue exploration until end of July 2020. No shareholder approval needed.

    2. ES buys the Indee option and De Grey issues 35 million shares to the Chinese. ES buys 100 million shares at 10 cents with 2 year options for another 100 million shares at 15 cents. Enough to fund De Grey until end of 2020. De Grey has 2 years to pay ES for Indee. Shareholder approval needed.

    3. Kirkland Lake buys the Indee option giving De Grey 2 additional years to repay and De Grey issues 35 million shares to the Chinese. Kirkland Lake buys 100 million shares at 10 cents to fund De Grey until the end of 2020. Options to buy 33 million shares at 15 cents increased to 133 million shares and extended for another 2 years. Shareholder approval is required.

    4. Kirkland Lake buys 100 million shares at 10 cents to fund De Grey for another year. Kirkland Lake pays $15 million to Chinese to settle Indee. De Grey has 2 years to repay Kirkland Lake for Indee cost. Options to buy 33 million shares increased to 133 million shares at 15 cents and extended for another 2 years. Shareholder approval is required.

    5. De Grey does a CR for 133 million shares at 9 cents a share and raises $9.5 million for Indee payoff. De Grey issues 35 million shares to the Chinese. Shareholder approval required.

    6. De Grey enters into a 50/50 JV with Kirkland Lake. Kirkland Lake pays $15 million to Chinese to settle Indee and agrees to provide De Grey up to $20 million for exploration. Shareholder approval required

    7. Kirkland Lake buyouts out De Grey for Kirkland Lake Stock. 1 share of Kirkland Lake for 267 shares of De Grey. Kirkland Lake pays off Indee in cash.

    8. A major buys out De Grey for Stock. Major pays off Indee in cash. Shareholder approval required

    9. De Grey enters into a 80/20 JV with Chinese company in exchange for Indee payoff. Does a CR issuing 100 million shares at 8 cents for net of $7.5 million. Shareholder approval required

    10. De Grey borrows $9.5 million from a bank at 10% interest per year with Indee as collateral. 2 years to payback bank. De Grey issues 35 million shares to the Chinese. De Grey does a CR issuing 100 million shares at 8 cents for net of $7.5 million. Gives De Grey enough funds to continue exploration until end of July 2020. No shareholder approval needed.
