The presentation was a repeat of a lot of the previous info but they have included some new images.
There was also extra detail on the uranium and base metals .
It would have been good to have some target dates for each stage of each resource.
My understanding is that the drilling for the CBM will also provide the details of the coal for JORC. I suspect they are treading lightly regarding the coal as part of the access agreement negotiations.i.e., don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water.
From a cash flow perspective, the start up of the gold mining operations should be first goal followed by the CBM. I don't know enough about the coal mining logistics/ technicals but I would guess it is desirable to extract the CBM first, but in saying that, I have been reading about coal to liquid gas in the NHC presentations and if that's what's planned , the coal seams are accessed insitu and the coal is converted to liquid/gas ( gasification). ( see the NHC presentations on their website). I don't know enough about the Trafford coal resource to know what the plan might be. In other presentations , the technology seems to be advanced with companies specialising in the coal to gas technology.
A JORC by Christmas is sooner than I expected.

The Julia creek magnetic imagery looks to be highly anomolous and it has me thinking what else might be in the tenement apart from Uranium as the drill holes ( first collars rc) were to the east ( the yellow dots) of the magnetic intensity (red image to the west). The tenement is located east of Mt Isa and mid way between Cloncurry and Julia Creek.

I also noted that the presentation had reference to the port of cairns which had been discounted by a lot of us following the posts a month or so ago about options for transporting the coal. But if the value target is cbm, then the transport options may be easier and the port option back on the drawing board for discussion. Any cbm experts reading this thread please feel welcome to jump in any time, cheers fs.
