HALFYR: GMB: GMT Bond Issuer Limited - Interim Result Announcement

GMT Bond Issuer Limited has provided the NZX with its unaudited interim
financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2014.

During the period GMT Bond Issuer received $8.9 million of interest income
and incurred $8.9 million of interest expense. Standard & Poor's reaffirmed
its BBB+ credit rating of the GMB010 and GMB020 bond issues during the
period.

GMT Bond Issuer Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goodman Property
Trust. The combined interim report of Goodman Property Trust and GMT Bond
Issuer Limited was released today and can be viewed at
