Ann: Non Renounceable Rights Issue - Notification Of Shortfall, page-2

I'd say what has happened is the rights issue was avery poorly taken up as its above the current market price and because of this and a number of other issues at the mine, they will slow down or place mines on care and maintenance...Cant see it going into administration........

Either way i cant see a positive given the the suspension states "discussions regarding its current operations and the non-renounceable rights issue"..we know the rights issue was a shortfall of over 90 million shares so the discussion of current operations will flow from this shortfall IMO....
