Annual Meeting resolution
Vital Healthcare Management Limited (the 'Manager'), the manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust today announced the result of the resolution
presented to unitholders at the Annual Meeting held on 20 November 2014.
The Manager is pleased to announce the reappointment of Claire Higgins as an
Independent Director of the Manager.
Votes in favour of the resolution relating to Mrs Higgins' reappointment were
received in respect of 115,505,375 (99.98%) units and votes against the
resolution were received in respect of 26,086 (0.02%) units.
The Manager confirms that Mr Graeme Horsley, Mr Andrew Evans and Mrs Claire
Higgins are considered to be Independent Directors under the NZSX Listing
Rules.
