Relevant event being disclosed: As a result of an acquisition of shares in
Auckland International Airport Limited ("AIAL"), and participation in a
rights issue by AIAL in February 2010 and in a scheme of arrangement by AIAL
in April 2014, the number of shares held by Airport Shares (Manukau) Limited
("AS Manukau") has changed. These changes have not resulted in a movement of
1% or more in the substantial holding of AS Manukau since the last notice was
filed, and accordingly notice is not required to be given pursuant to section
23 of the Securities Markets Act 1988. This notice is filed voluntarily in
order to record the number of shares now held by AS Manukau.
