OFFICE: ZEL: New General Manager of People and Culture

Z Energy today announced the resignation of the company's General Manager of
Capability and Organisational Development, Huma Faruqui, and her replacement.

Huma will leave Z in March 2015 and will be replaced by Sharlene Taylor who
will join Z in February. Sharlene will be Z's General Manager of People and
Culture and a member of the Z Executive, reporting to the Chief Executive.
