DIRECTOR: JWI: Appointment of Director

The Just Water International Limited ("JWI") board today appointed Ian Donald
Malcolm as a director. Mr Malcolm is a Chartered Accountant in public
practice and has previously served on the board of JWI from October 2001 to
October 2013 when he retired in accordance with the company's director
rotation policy.

Mr Malcolm is an associate of The Harvard Group JV in a non-beneficial
capacity and has been appointed at the request of founder Tony Falkenstein to
increase Mr Falkenstein's representation on the board, as flagged in the
recent offer to shareholders.  Mr Falkenstein may seek further representation
on the board following his offer closing on 19 December 2014.

Mr Malcolm will be required to resign and stand for re-election at the next
Annual General Meeting.  He is a related party to a substantial shareholder
and therefore is not an independent director.
