RIGHT: CVT: Renounceable Rights Offer Update
Comvita Limited has completed stage one of its 1 for 5 renounceable rights
offer with shareholders exercising 5.6 million rights.
The 1.3 million rights not exercised or renounced by existing holders will
now be offered to New Zealand Market Participant Firms and Institutional
investors via a Shortfall Bookbuild process.
This will be conducted by Deutsche Craigs Limited between 2.00pm and 4.00pm
today, Tuesday 16 December 2014.
