DIRECTOR: KRK: Managing Director Resignation - John Milford

The Board of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the Company) advises that its
Managing Director, John Milford, has today given notice of his resignation.
The notice period ends on 17 March 2015.

Mr Milford will work with the Board on an appropriate transition plan. The
Board will evaluate the options for recruiting a successor in the weeks
ahead.

Mr Milford has also resigned as a director of the Company and its
subsidiaries.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Milford for his service over the past eight
years and wishes him all the best in his next endeavour.
