PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF ORDINARY SHARES
VMob Group Limited (VMob) has previously announced that it is in discussions
with a number of parties interested in participating in a prospective capital
raising initiative via a private placement.
VMob has resolved to defer the close of the prospective capital raising
initiative until the New Year, whilst it continues to hold discussions with
prospective strategic partners and investors regarding the capital raising.
An update will be provided to the market during the course of January 2015.
