    Very interesting,

    CuDeco Limited (‘CuDeco”) wishes to halt trading of the securities of CuDeco pending an
    announcement regarding arrangments, appointment and mandates for dual listing of Cudeco Ltd
    on the main primary board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We request that the halt be lifted
    once the announcement is released, we expect this within 48 hours.
    The Company sees no reason why the trading of the securities should not be halted.
