QUARTER: OHE: 31 December 2014 Quarterly Cash Flow Report
Under the conditions of listing on the ASX in November 2014, Orion Health
Group Limited is required to provide quarterly cash flow reports to the ASX.
This unaudited consolidated statement of cash flows is for the quarter ended
31 December 2014.
While receipts from customers are traditionally slower in the third quarter
of each financial year they were lower than expected in the third quarter of
FY 2015 due to slower contract closures and billings in North America.
Management expect this trend to continue in the fourth quarter of FY 2015.
In addition receipts from customers were adversely affected by the on-going
planned transition from perpetual licences to subscription contracts.
