GENERAL: TLS: Notice of beneficial ownership - Autohome Inc

In accordance with the Corporations Act, I enclose a copy of information
filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 13 February 2015
(Washington, DC time), for release to the market.

The enclosed contains disclosure of Telstra's beneficial ownership of
Autohome Inc as at 31 December 2014 as a percentage of all ordinary shares of
Autohome Inc. outstanding. This calculation excludes ordinary shares reserved
but not granted pursuant to Autohome's employee  incentive plans. If these
excluded ordinary shares are taken into account, Telstra had a 55.3% interest
in Autohome Inc as at 31 December 2014.
