GENERAL: GFF: Overseas Investment Office Approval Received
Goodman Fielder announces that consent has been granted under the New Zealand
Overseas Investment Act ("OIO Consent") for the proposed acquisition by
Wilmar International Limited ("Wilmar") and First Pacific Company Limited
("First Pacific") of Goodman Fielder via a Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme").
OIO Consent was the final regulatory approval required under the Scheme.
As previously advised to the market, the shareholder meeting to consider and
vote on the Scheme will be held on 26 February 2015.
Goodman Fielder will continue to keep shareholders updated on any material
developments.
