MEETING: MAD: Shareholders approve issue of shares to SuperLife
At a shareholder meeting held today at The Chateau on the Park, Hotel and
Conference Centre, Corner Deans Avenue and Kilmarnock Street, Riccarton,
Christchurch, the shareholders approved all three resolutions relating to the
issue of convertible notes and shares to SuperLife Trustee Nominees Limited
on the terms more particularly described in the explanatory notes to the
notice of meeting sent to shareholders on 10 February 2015.
