Further to its announcement of 25 February 2015, Energy Mad Limited today
released its offer document in relation to a 4:5 pro rata renounceable offer
of new shares to existing shareholders (Rights Offer).
Full details of the Rights Offer are contained in the attached Offer
Document, a copy of which will be sent to shareholders with their letters of
entitlement and acceptance following the record date.
