to the ANZ Wholesale Trans-Tasman Property Securities Fund. No consideration
was paid on the transfer.

Issue of ordinary shares by Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited on 4
March 2015. The ordinary shares were issued following take up of entitlements
under a 1 for 7 pro-rata entitlement issue to existing eligible institutional
investors. 9,713,677 ordinary shares in total were issued to the investment
funds listed in the section of this notice headed "Details after relevant
event". The consideration for the ordinary shares issued was $11,170,728.55.

only from the powers of investment contained in its investment management
contracts with:
MFL Mutual Fund Limited, ANZ Wholesale Property Securities Fund and ANZ
