GENERAL: MFT: Mainfreight - Advice of Date for FY15 Results

MAINFREIGHT LIMITED
Mainfreight advises shareholders that our full year financial results for the
year ended 31 March 2015 will be released to the market on 27 May 2015.
We expect our full year EBITDA for the Group to be in a range of $156-$160
million (up between 4.6% to 7.2%). Revenue levels are likely to be in a
range of $2.00-$2.05 billion (up between 3.9% to 6.5%), and net profit
excluding abnormals to be in a range of $80-$83 million (up between 3.2% to
7.1%). Full details of performance across all divisions of the Group will be
provided as usual, in our market release on 27 May.
We retain a positive outlook across the Group for the 2016 financial year.
As a separate note, we are deeply saddened by the death yesterday of Sir Don
Rowlands. Sir Don had a long association with Mainfreight, serving as our
original Chairman from 1978 to 1989, and subsequently as a Director until
2011. His contribution to the Company's success and culture are a legacy
that will endure, and he will be remembered by us with much affection and
gratitude. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues at this
sad time.
