Yep, I can post direct from excel into the editor, although I do get the 'column 1, column 2 etc at the very top, using chrome.
so if that doesn't matter, it is fine to post direct.

with that converter thingy, it doesn't have the 'columns named' at the top, and just has the header in bold (there is an option for a header or not in the converter)
And I can post the converted table directly into the editor (I do not need to use the bbcode editor in Hot Copper)
Then once the code is in, I can change colours, fonts etc., using the Hot Copper editor as normal.
