APPENDIX 3Z - HAMISH BOHANNAN

Attached is Appendix 3Z, Final Director's Interest Notice, for Mr Hamish
Bohannan following his resignation last week.

You will note Mr Bohannan's disclosure of an increase of 96,775 fully paid
ordinary shares compared to his last Appendix 3Y lodged with the ASX on 11
July 2014.  Following a reconciliation of Mr Bohannan's shareholdings, it
appears that Mr Bohannan omitted notifying the Company of his wife's
acceptance of shares under the share purchase plan dated 12 September 2013.

The Company confirms it has agreements in place with all Directors as
recommended by ASX Guidance Note 22 notifying them of their obligations under
the ASX Listing Rules and believes this to simply have been an oversight by
Mr Bohannan.
