Further to the announcement made by Meridian Energy Limited ("MEL") earlier
today, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final quotation date for
Meridian Energy Limited instalment receipts ("MELCA") will be Tuesday, 29
April 2015. The instalment receipts will be suspended at close of business on
this day.
The instalment receipts are being suspended prior to the Record Date for
determining holders liable to pay the Final Instalment, and the quotation of
ordinary shares ("MEL").
A timetable of events is detailed below:
MELCA - Final day of trading: Tuesday, 29 April 2015
MELCA - Final quotation date: Tuesday, 29 April 2015
MEL - Quotation date: Wednesday, 30 April 2015
Record date: 5.00pm, Monday, 4 May 2015
Final instalment payment period opens: Wednesday, 6 May 2015
Final instalment payment due: Friday, 15 May 2015
