Vista Group appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as auditor

Vista Group International Limited ("Vista") is appointing PwC as its new
auditor, replacing Grant Thornton who have resigned as auditor effective
today.
With the 2014 audited financial statements and annual report having been
completed and released the change in auditors is effective immediately.
Vista chairman Kirk Senior said that given Vista's growth ambitions it was
appropriate to talk with new audit firms and how they could provide the
professional services required to support the business in the future.
Mr Senior thanked Grant Thornton for their efforts over the past 12 years
during the period that saw Vista grow from a small company with a turnover of
$4.5m in 2003 to a listed entity with turnover in excess of $47.0m in the
2014 financial year. Grant Thornton will continue to provide tax advisory
services to Vista.
