Subject: VMob Group Limited ("VML") - Share Consolidation and Trading Halt
Message:
Further to the announcement made by VMob Group Limited earlier today, NZX
Regulation ("NZXR") advises that VMob Group Limited ordinary shares ("VML")
will be halted during the ex through record period of their 25:1 Share
Consolidation.
Trading in VML will be halted at close of business on Friday, 1 May and will
resume on Thursday, 7 May following confirmation that the Share Consolidation
has been successfully completed.
A timetable of events is detailed below:
Trading halt placed at close of business: Friday, 1 May
Record date: Wednesday, 6 May
Trading halt lifted: Thursday, 7 May
Effective date: Thursday, 7 May
Despatch of holding statements to shareholders: Thursday, 7 May
