A month has almost passed since two holdings lodged a 249D notice on March 19th with the intend to remove two directors and replace same.
There has been no communication from this group, no mail, no notification, no intend
so why would you want to support this group if they are so secretive?
It is a very disruptive and costly exercise to MTH as well and hopefully their intend will be defeated and then what - can they do it again?
