Well we all have plenty of time to vote against the Rem Report and Incentives.
Faria, Toronga and DMX (if they are still here) alone have more than 25% to get a first strike up.
I also voted against the consolidation because in my opinion when a company is under-performing business wise and it's sp is in decline, a consolidation just provides multiple extra increments for the rout to continue. Let them hold half cent performance shares which reflect their creation of a half penny dreadful.
