    Brahman is obviously expecting the proposal to be voted down and is now plotting its next move. What that might be is anyone's guess. The possible future involvement of Baumfield is an interesting one when you look at his background. I'm still surprised that there haven't been any feelers from other companies once they caught wind that UML had been put up for sale for a song.
