I appreciate that "it is for the company...." to detail the resolutions to be voted upon. However I think it important to be aware of the planned requisitions that you are proposing. Do you have a list of questions you are asking of the company or requisitions on which you want SHs to vote?

If I am to put my shares, fwiw, and my name to a submission to the co. I will need to know what it is I am putting my name to support.
