If you cannot wait until info is divulged and are still not interested in being a signatory to 249d after you have absorbed the info then your best alternative is to stay with the current BOD.
Company has a lot of info still to disclose so no rushing into anything when nobody actually knows what the state of the company is in atm.
Happy you have expressed interest in supporting...............the info you want to confirm this support will come in good time.........just not right now.
As a matter of interest.............do you know any Board members or management team member personally?
