I'll preface this by saying that I don't hold any DRE yet but do hold HAS and LNR. DRE is on my list of stocks to start to accumulate though.

I only preface this post because I have noticed that there's a weird tribalism that holders of these respective companies seem to ascribe to.

It's strange because it's the general region that's the king maker here. If one of these Gascoigne REE players does well it's only good for the other players in the region.

DRE will hit 24c and some but in a way it's tied to how well HAS does in the medium term because it's so much further advanced on the road to commercialisation. Same as how DRE is more advanced than LNR. Each company paves the way for the other so to speak.

I think all 3 companies have massive potential by virtue of where they're resources are located and by people picking a team they're missing out on the opportunity to participate in what the region as a whole has to offer.

I know this has been slightly off topic but there's just so many fanboys of each company seeking to down ramp the others that it actually negatively affects all 3.
