They do not want to take over (they have said this themselves many times), they want to use the front of an ASX listed Aussie company to get their off take out of Africa, because the Africans do not like being ripped off by the Chinese (they have not said this but that is about the size of it).

The mine is highly cash generative and profitable now they have hit the higher grade ore. The full potential has still not been exposed, because no broker is prepared to do a note giving them a strong buy while the notes remain. It is not just the dilution issue, it is also the level of control Jinchuan already exert over the company that is putting all the major players off ? and any potential new western board memebers. This is why I am 100% confident that removal of all the loan notes would result in an instant re rating.

There is more good news to come in terms of Enterprise extension, Voyager and Songea - actually it is mostly old news they have not up dated and released - look on their website and find the Eagle Research report of Oct 2008 - it gives a pretty good idea of what they knew back then was out there. Jinchuan also knew what was there when they saved? the company from the looming disaster during the GFC. Or did they deliberately torpedo the western financing package that was on the table for their own ends and to saddle us with the notes we are having to fight so hard to get rid of now?
