You obviuously don't understand the JORC code.
As Pelm11 posted look at table 2 and the measured/indicated these are the only parts that market will look at with any degree of certainity. The "inferred" part in table 2 still represents 38% of 12.3Mt with a much higher grade cut-off.
I leave it to others to judge, but the market spoke....it did not like it.
