Not saying that your order won't be clicked but you got to be lucky enough to get it hit @0.008 and order might sit there for next few days. However; if you miss buying today or tomorrow and announcements comes up, you will be paying 30-40% premium over current price (on positive news).
Buying at 0.009 won't be a bad decision.
