    Regarding the share dilution. Gold stocks have been beaten down, companies are short of cash. Management are yearning for their bonuses. So when there is a find like this and POG is up 10% from it's lows, they take advantage of these catalysts and extract the maximum from investors. It's happened to RMX, PRU, PDI.... In hindsight we should have seen it coming.
