In english the argument for estoppel could look like - PLS in the event of further legal wrangling have the argument available to them that PLS's actions have been about progressing an agreement with GLC that PLS have EVERY intention of completing without delay, MIN have a ROFR and their actions to date have been INCONSISTENT with progressing to a commercial agreement and should be "Stopped" from their course of action.
