Great, but best if it's backed by reality and future prospects not just completely irrational over-exuberance.
That fund managers overseas want a position in Reece now it's in at least one major non-Australian index helps to underpin institutional interest.
I lack inside information - thank goodness - but can't help surmising that the Board and CEO may have some sort of nice little surprise for we holders next week when REH reports.
Maybe further acquisitions in USA, or (perhaps less chance given 'it's a 20 year USA journey'), a move into another similar jurisdiction such as Canada?
It will be interesting to hear any comments about to what extent Australian lockdowns are crimping sales. Surely they have to be having an adverse effect in the early stages of FY 22.
