There was no secret about the 25,000,000 share transaction. It came up on the days sales as an off market cross trade but was reported to the market. What happened was a holder of shares was willing to sell to someone else and they agreed to a price. In this instance I think it was .42cents a share. The seller was happy to sell at that price because they know if they tried to sell it on market it would cause a drop in the SP and they might not achieve a 42cent average. Conversely the buyer is happy because if they bought on market they might cause the SP to go up and end up paying more than 42cents per share.

I suspect it was Cross Strait Development who bought the shares but we dont know who sold. I have been expecting a change in substantial holding from the seller as well but that hasn't been posted yet.
