Markets don't know what a red close is anymore.

Very frustrating session

Slept through alarm at 2am

Finally got up at 6am

Managed to get up a decent amount but while was busy trading oil I forgot bout a short order I had on ES

That last 10min ponzi rip up went straight through my order and made me give back half the sessions profits.

Pretty annoyed with myself rn.

On a side note this vol compression play seems too easy for instos atm. Seems they squeeze SVIX with a (relatively) small amount then run indices off the back of it.

Stocks (the ones that count) aren't even following the move. Apple saw its first green day in a week (and was only up 10c)

VIX/SVIX are just being toyed with and I'm not sure what the trigger is or when it comes to unwind all this but it really needs to be a big trigger as every sell off over the past year has been pretty soft and very controlled.

There will come a time when bad news is actually bad news but atm any news gets swept up in the euphoria of the current Ponzi scheme.
