Thanks ABLM, I think you prove my point. West coast was sold, share price is the same so with or without it the value is wrong. So straight away your optimistic price goes to 21c. Don't get me wrong, I've been in this thing for as long as anyone and want more then anything for it to succeed but we need to be realistic these days.
