What has been discussed is negative, but good business involves assessing and managing risk. The fact that purple unicorns with wings who will shortly deliver huge bags of money can't fly when there is negative energy in the cosmos is an opinion. Doesn't make it fact.

Shareholders are not friends. They are in it for the growth, not of friendship, of $$ and have made decisions to invest $$ that Sud management are held accountable. This is not a popularity contest and requires 720 vision and analysis/fact, not touchy-feely friendship vibes.

SC also was a key player in why we now have the HC BP debacle hanging over Sud. As TGA so eloquently summed up:
July 2010 - Administrator requests manufacture rights be registered with patent
August 2010 - EMS taking steps to do this
September 2010 - Administrator once confirmed any claim will cease to endure
October 2010 - Stephen Carter joins EMS and doesn't appear to follow through
