Check the JKA latest presentation for a start.
They compare a few listed companies and their resource valuations up to $5/barrel. A few of those companies have other assets which contribute to their higher market caps, and the valuations would be impacted by things such as commercial flow, but most look to be $1-$3.
Thats just for a starting point, you will need to do much more homework. $1/barrel is just an estimate on my part from the reading/research i have done.
