Thanks for the offer @Cassandra74, but I think I can find it in a library now with those hints.
If I was SCentre, I'd firstly wait for the sale of the other half of Carindale. If the sale price is lower than the current valuation of $850 million for half of the buildings, the valuation and NTA will have to be lowered for CDP. Then SCentre can make a lower offer to the small unitholders. Which will still be more than the current SP.
